Since beginning her nursing career in 1996, our founder has worked extensively in critical care stepdown, providing skilled care to patients with complex medical needs. Her background in both local and travel nursing has allowed her to serve diverse populations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, adaptability, and clinical excellence.
